Transformative Use Addendum

The Transformative Use Addendum (TUA) is a fillable addendum template that licensors attach to specific asset distributions. It allows licensors to opt-in to restrictions on sexual content, violence, and political campaign use — beyond the OPL baseline. The TUA travels with the asset and is included in the OPL download package automatically.

To use the TUA, download the OPL + TUA assembled build from any OPL version page, fill in the licensor fields, check your applicable restriction boxes, and distribute alongside your asset.
